Retreat Camper Hire Terms & Conditions
The Renter will use the Rented Vehicle only for pleasure and not business use. Renter will comply with all applicable laws relating to holding of license to operate the vehicle, and comply to the operation of motor vehicles. Renter will not sublease the Rental Vehicle or use it as a vehicle for hire. The Designated driver is the only person who is permitted to operate the vehicle who is stated and the Hired Vehicle must stay inside the UK at all times and no smoking in the vehicles
An initial deposit of £100 must be paid to secure the booking, If the booking is cancelled by customer within a month of pre hire, the deposit will be kept, full payment is due 14 days in advance, if the booking is cancelled within 14 days full payment will be required.
A £500 security deposit is needed upon collection which will be refunded in full upon the safe return of our camper. If you wish, you can acquire a third party policy to protect yourself against our excess of £500.
(PHI) Pre hire inspection is the inspection of the vehicle on customer arrival for any pre existing damages. The PHI will be done with the customer on the return of the vehicle for any damages.
The handover will take place on customer arrival and will show physical use of the camper and answer any questions the customer has. A fact sheet will also be included which will contain instructions on how to work the appliances and features of the van. The van upon arrival will have a full tank of petrol and on return the motorhome must be refuelled to full.

Full UK/EU drivers licence (address and ID up to date)

Two forms of address proof (utility bill / bank or credit statement/ mortgage statement/ broadband/ Tv and internet)

At least 2 years driving experience and age of 25+
All the requirements above are essential to hire.
We reserve the rights to increase the hire prices to reflect seasonal demands, bank holidays and major special events.
